Permissions

product:

For each thing PowerExecutor can do, choose how much freedom it has:

👁 Watch only it simulates and reports, changes nothing · 🙋 Ask me first it proposes, you approve · 🤖 Act alone it does it without asking.

Everything starts at Watch only. It earns promotion after 3 clean runs, and is demoted on any failure. Irreversible actions (like sending an email blast) always ask you, no matter what.

Configuration

product: · stored on the server · effective next cycle

Saving requires the Supervisor PIN when one is configured (POWEREXECUTOR_PIN or set in Settings → Security). What is the PIN?

Settings

Where powerexecutor-api runs. Local: http://localhost:8040 · Production: https://executor-api.planningpowertools.com.

The PIN is stored (hashed) in the server database. Enter it here — or when prompted — to unlock protected actions for this session. Kept in memory only, never saved in the browser. What is the PIN?

Security — set or change the PIN

First time: if the server was deployed with POWEREXECUTOR_PIN, enter that value; if no PIN exists at all, leave blank.
